Product Approval Release

Victory Creative stands behind its products and will cover costs for manufacturing or printing defects.

1. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the proof is correct in all areas. Please be sure to double-check spelling, grammar, layout and design before approving artwork.

2. If a proof containing errors is approved by the client, the client is responsible for payment of all costs of printing (design time, printing, tax if applicable) including corrections and reprints.

3. The client is 100% responsible for approvals of Copyright, Trademark and Licensing Agreements of artwork.

4. Color Accuracy: Digital proof colors are not 100% accurate, as all digital devices display color differently based on the device's settings. If you require exact color matching, arrangements must be made to see physical product samples prior to proof approval.

5. All artwork must be approved by the client through this form before a job can be entered into production.

By approving the form below, I agree to the above terms and acknowledge my liability of applicable artwork and release Victory Creative or any other third party from liability.
