We cannot accept product returns, however all of our items are warrantied against production defects and errors. Defective products must be exchanged within 1-5 business days from delivery date, and require a pre-approval by email that includes detailed defective product photos to substantiate warranty claims. We do accept exchanges on the basis of size exchange within 1-5 business days from your delivery date.
Most products will ship out on an average of 3-5 business days, however some products including flags may take up to 15 business days to process depending on factors beyond our control such as supply chain issues and Covid-19 related problems.
Yes, we do accept custom order requests, and depending on the nature of the request we often are able to accommodate these requests without any additional art charges.
